HAPPENED in an Italian holiday resort.
The Polish couple, both aged 26, were visiting the coastal resort of Rimini where the horrific assault took place yesterday.

The man was reportedly knocked unconscious by a group of four men who then proceeded to repeatedly rape his girlfriend.
Locals found the couple after the ordeal and called the police and paramedics, who took the pair to the hospital.
Italian authorities, who are still searching for the group, called the incident a ‘brutal and beastial attack’.
